Brilliance is a transparent, flexible finishing gel that has an adhesive layer after hardening. Can be applied to your favorite Brush N’ Color, as well as to any filed artificial nail surface.
Curing times:
- Dual Wave/LED: 60 seconds
- UV Lamp: 120 seconds
